Planting Advice: Our bare root plants are lifted fresh from the field. In winter, they can be stored for several weeks if kept cool and dark. In spring, plant within a few days of arrival. If your soil is heavy or sandy, mix in some perlite or fine horticultural grit to improve drainage.
Pruning: Clip once a year in late summer. This is important to help the plant retain its winter colour.
Pest & Disease: Good resistance, but may occasionally be affected by caterpillars, aphids or coral spot.
