2. Hassle Free & Safe Delivery: While it can be reassuring to see your plants in person, ordering online is safe and easy as the products are shipped at our risk. If the plant doesn't meet our high expectation upon arrival we will issue a ship you out a replacement at our expense.
3. Buy your Plant With Your Planter: At Woven Wood, not only do we have a huge range of plants, we also have one of the biggest ranges of planters online. This means you can purchase a planter with your plant in one checkout - or indeed a plant with your planter. You save on delivery charges this way too!
All our plants are lovingly packaged by our partner nursery and are sent with a specialist courier to ensure freshness. Please note that for bare root options the plant will not have much greenery, as they are dug out of the earth in autumn and winter, but rest assured that if you put it in the planter with a bit of love and care it will spring to life in no time. Check the product pages for more detail on how your specific plant will look upon arrival.
Our plants are packaged by the nursery in bespoke boxes with airholes to ensure they do not suffocate on the way to your door. In addition, we use specialist couriers that ship quickly, we aim for no more than 24 hours from the ground to your doorstep.
Due to the nature of selling live plants, we do have separate terms and condition governing sales of these products. But rest assured, if you change your mind or anything does go wrong with the delivery of your plant - we'll still make thing right for you.
If the plant is damaged or in a poor condition upon delivery - we'll offer a full refund but we require that you notify us within 14 days of receiving the plant.
If you change your mind about a purchase please notify us as soon as possible and we will try and cancel your order. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on live plants so we must receive the cancellation request before the plant is dispatched.
No, plants are excluded from the special discounts available on our trade portal. However, if you are a trade, you can still purchase via the trade portal to save on shipping and receive a VAT invoice.
We do deliver to Highlands and Islands, however this will incur increased delivery costs to cover the extra expense of the courier and it may take longer for your plants to arrive. We currently cannot deliver to Northern Ireland or overseas territories.
Choosing the right planter size is important for plant health. Generally, you’ll want a planter that’s 1–2 inches larger in diameter than your plant’s root ball for smaller plants, and 2–4 inches larger for larger plants. This provides enough room for growth without too much excess soil.
