Order Acceptance
Once you place an order with us, you will receive an order acknowledgment email stating the items you have ordered. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is only formed once your order has been shipped from our warehouse or suppliers.
Non-acceptance of your order may be due to: being unable to authorise your payment, the product being unavailable, a product pricing or description error.
Warranties
At Wovenwood, we guarantee the quality of our products and offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturer faults on all items, except for certain marketplace products, which may be subject to different warranty terms. If you encounter any issues with your product, please contact our customer care team and we will be happy to assist you.
Faults
In the event of a faulty product, please contact us before returning the item for inspection. Within the first 30 days of receipt of your order, we will repair or replace the product. During the first 14 days, you also have the option to receive a refund. You must provide photographic evidence of any faults or damage to be eligible for a refund or replacement. In the case of a failed component, we may opt to replace the faulty part rather than the entire product.
Product Likeness
While we strive to ensure our product photography accurately represents the true colour, design, and appearance of our products, please note that variations in lighting, camera settings, and display screens may result in slight differences. Additionally, due to the nature of manufacturing processes and natural materials - particularly with wood products - there may be minor deviations in dimensions and colour. These marginal variations are considered normal and do not qualify for compensation or claims.
Late Deliveries
We make every effort to ensure that your order will arrive within the delivery times shown on the website. Unfortunately, on rare occasions this may not always be possible. If your order is delayed or fails to arrive when expected, please let us know and we’ll do our best to resolve any problems. Please note that our liability does not extend to providing compensation for late or failed deliveries.
Pallet Deliveries
Depending on the items and quantities you order we may offer you the option to have your order delivered on a pallet. Please note that you should only select this option if you have a forklift available at the delivery location. We charge a £150 restocking and reshipping charge if you are unable to accept your pallet delivery, which you will either need to pay separately, or you will have it deducted from your refund. You are also required to inspect your goods before the courier leaves, as we will charge a £150 collection charge for damaged items if they are accepted. We reserve the right to not deliver your items on a pallet, and to use any other method available to us.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we may offer you the following payment options if shown on the product page. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

Security
The security of your personal and credit card details is of the utmost importance to us.
If you place your order online, no human being will ever be able to see your complete card details. We use the latest Internet encryption with 256 bit SSL software, your browser will automatically inform you when encryption is being used.
All data stored on the secure server is encrypted again and protected by a firewall, the specification of which has been recognised by the major banks. When the connection is secure you will see a closed lock on your browser window.
The Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations
Under the Waste Battery Regulations, we offer a take back scheme for all portable waste batteries. You can return your waste batteries to our business premises in person at:

Alternatively, you can find your local waste portable battery recycling facility at www.recyclenow.com. Most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will have collection bins for used batteries, and some town halls, libraries or schools may also set up collection points. End-users may find stores in their local area more accessible.
Distributor Take Back Scheme
We fully comply with our distributor obligations as a member of the WEEE Distributor Take Back (DTS) Scheme. The DTS is designed to fulfil the obligations of distributors. The DTS supports a national network of collection facilities where consumers can dispose of their household WEEE free of charge for environmentally sound treatment and recycling.
