Delivery & Orders

If you have a Shop account, you can check the status of your order from there. You'll also receive email notifications when your order is dispatched and ready for delivery.

We can usually deliver to anywhere in the UK Mainland. For other areas please contact us before placing your order.

Usually by a Courier such as XDP, Tuffnells, DPD, DX, however for certain locations we may choose to deliver with our own vehicle

The price for standard delivery is the same, no matter how many items you order

Not necessarily, our Couriers are instructed to leave items in a safe location or with a neighbour if you're not home when they arrive

Please let us know as soon as possible, and send us photos of the damage to help us resolve it quickly for you

Just let our Customer Support Team know as soon as possible and they will get it resolved for you

Cancellations & Returns

You can cancel your order up until it has been dispatched from our warehouse, once it's with the courier it's too late to cancel unfortunately

You can return your item(s) under our 30 day returns policy. Just let us know in writing and we'll send you the returns information

How to Guides & Installation Service

The Hazel and Willow Hurdles should be installed in a similar way as normal fence panels by attaching to fence posts or an existing structure using either screws, metal or plastic cable ties, or galvanised wire.
