The 'Rustic Red' magnolia, also known as Rustica Rubra, produces an abundance of huge, saucer-shaped blooms up to 12cm across.
Features beautiful two-toned flowers with a vivid rose-pink outer layer and a softer, creamy-pink inside, complemented by a gentle fragrance.
A very hardy variety (RHS H6), withstanding temperatures as low as -20°C, making it suitable for gardens across the UK.
After the spectacular spring flowering, attractive green leaves emerge, providing multi-season interest.
Develops a charming, spreading, and well-branched structure, making it an ideal specimen tree for a lawn, a mixed border, or as a stunning centrepiece.
