"There wasn't enough notice for me to know delivery was imminent, and suggest there should be a note for delivery people about access to property. Arrived home with lorry blocking lane , and hurdles too heavy , so I had to help him unpack into our drive. The securely capped hurdles which I ordered didn't lock capped? Loose bits. also my solar light was broken , yes it was old , but it did work b4. My brother is coming next week to help me erect them , so let's hope that goes more smoothly Sue."

Lovely looking fence panels

"I was really impressed when my first panel arrived shortly after ordering them. Then several days later another 3. And now I am chasing the further 2 panels to complete my new fence. I ordered them at the biggening of May, and they where in stock, now I have to wait until nearly the end of May for the final two. Customer service has not kept me upto date, I have had to ring and ask questions. . ."

"These were purchased to replace existing panels which had come to the end of their lives. It seems to me that the new panels are not as tightly packed as the existing ones and are perhaps somewhat more flimsy, the uprights seeming not to be as thick. Also, as they were not protected in any way for transit, one or two shower small amounts of handling damage. Despite this, however, I hope that they last as long as the ones they have replaced (7 years)."

"I love the Hazel panel and feel that it will give good screening and privacy in the area of my garden that is slightly exposed. It is a little warped and hence not 5 stars but I don’t think this will make any difference when it is fixed in situ."

Don’t do it.

"Products are not as per illustration above. Not finished in any way similar. Many many, too many complaints to mention. Delayed delivery waiting for 4/4 and after three orders it was still not what I ordered and didn’t match the other 3. Gave up hope. Don’t entertain this company or their chosen delivery service."

Regret my decision to order

"I ordered what I thought was 3 panels of 6ft high by 3ft wide. However it wasn’t at all clear on the website which was the height and which was the width (as shown in circled screen shot), so I thought I had correctly ordered. However when the first 2 arrived (the 3rd arrived in a second delivery), I realised what had happened and contacted Customer Services to explain that I had received 3ft high by 6ft wide, only to be advised that I would need to make arrangements to return and fund it myself, which would have cost a lot of money for 3 heavy panels which were delivered in two separate deliveries. Also on the second delivery, one of the ‘spine’ pieces of hazel somehow had broken in half and we found the broken piece had been thrown in a copse of trees near to where it was delivered (only found it because we walk there with the dog). So we are now left we 3 useless panels and one broken piece. Total waste of money and extremely dissatisfied with the service. I strongly urge anyone when ordering to ensure height and width are right when ordering. Needless to say that I will certainly never be ordering from here again and regret my decision to order."

"These are heavier and stiffer than I anticipated, heavy gauge hazel which looks like it will last well. No added fastenings just pure weaving which is a pleasingly ancient technique. Would have been useful to know when delivery was planned more than 2 hrs in advance: fortunately I was in"
