Look great
"The three white metal planters look great planted up, and I am glad I ordered the feet and liners, the liners fit perfectly. I scored four rather than five because two planters had minor flaking of paint on the top edges which I touched up with white Hammerite paint."

Zinc galvanised trough planter, bought
"Zinc galvanised trough planter, bought as a present. When it arrived I so wanted to keep it! Well made and finished, with smooth edges and a glossy, shiny grey colour. Recipient was delighted with it and is going to use it for growing herbs on the patio."

Shocking service
"Ordered the planter a week ago still waiting for delivery. The company sent a replacement planter which has also gone missing!! They did deliver the planter liner, a lot of use that is without a planter!! Good luck if you order anything from this company. Still waiting for a response to yet another email."

Customer service good but…. .
"We had the wrong planters delivered, coms were excellent for pick up and correct items to be delivered. Opened 1 of four and found a dent and scratch on 1. . wanted to return all 4 for a refund which took 18 emails… finally got a refund."

Very pleased with the planters
"Very pleased with the planters but appalled at how bad the delivery service was from DHL. I had to make several phone calls chasing up delivery and Yvonne at Planters. co. uk was brilliant in helping me to finally receive the order three days after they were first promised."

Great planters. Purchased the 60cm
"Great planters. Purchased the 60cm zinc galvanised cube earlier in the year and complimented it with the Zinc Galvanised Trough Metal Planter. Items always arrive in perfect condition. Pleased with the product and service."

Lovely planters but not shiny as pictured
"The planters are lovely quality and arrived undamaged although in flimsy cardboard boxes. The only downside is that we ordered copper coloured and they aren’t shiny copper as in the picture, but more of a matt brown colour."
