"We had the wrong planters delivered, coms were excellent for pick up and correct items to be delivered. Opened 1 of four and found a dent and scratch on 1. . wanted to return all 4 for a refund which took 18 emails… finally got a refund."
"Really delighted with these planters and bought three to go along a path to separate an area away from a border. Works well and have planted grasses in them. The linings exceeded expectations and were substantial with the added unexpected bonus of having a handle each end to help empty out contents at a later date (I would imagine). Good matte grey finish and has definitely added an elegant look to my garden."
"False info given about dispatch and notification texts re delivery. Hiding behind terms and conditions to avoid any form of gesture of goodwill. I can’t use them because they didn’t notify me regarding the Delivery until after they were delivered and it was too late I had had to make alternative arrangements. They are making me pay to return them which I think is very poor customer service."
"We’re really happy with these planters! The delivery was fast and arrived well packed. They feel really sturdy and solid, and the finish is beautifully made – looks much more expensive than they are. The extra inner linings that you can buy with them are such useful addition. They make planting so much easier and help protect the metal too. We’ve planted them up with lovely lavender and they look perfect already. Highly recommend!"
"We ordered 2 x1m galvanised planters in copper colour. They arrived amazingly quickly and were well wrapped and protected. We love the colour - like corten steel but (hopefully) longer lasting. We also ordered liners which were a good buy and will be useful when we change the planting. The planters look great and we ordered a further 3x0. 75m and 2x cubes. The only small issue is that the colour/finish is slightly different across troughs - very minor and only noticeable as set them up together. Overall, we're very pleased with the product and service, thank you."
"Very pleased with this planter. An excellent size for my garden for ornamental grasses - used to screen an ugly heat pump unit. Arrived promptly, extremely well packaged. The galvanised steel is quite thin so I wait to see how well it will weather but so far I am impressed."

"3 planters ordered one was damaged contacted the seller sent pictures twice got the run around no feedback just time wasting products were nice told them so tried to be helpful but messed around by awful customer service delivery let down by dreadful DFD who damaged product delayed delivery for days and lied on their tracking website that good were signed for they were not , avoid not recommended Gave these guys lots of time to respond before I reviewed and just ignored make your own mind up people"
"I am absolutely delighted with my Trough Planters! They are really well made and the liner fits perfectly. I bought the 30 x 30 x 75cm and they do take a fair bit of compost to fill, but I know my plants and herbs will thrive in these superb planters. Oh and don't forget to buy the stick on feet - again top quality and they raise the planter just enough to prevent the whole trough sitting on the ground. Thoroughly recommend!"
