"The planters arrived with 24-hours, which was remarkable. They were exactly as described and perfect for what we wanted. The only small criticism is that the assembly instructions were not especially clear. However, once I had broken the code, putting the planters together was easy."
"The materials are flimsy, pre-cut to suit different purposes, so they had a lot of redundant cuts for our purposes, which left us really puzzled, as the instructions were ambiguous. To top it all, the liner sent was of the wrong size and we were not given a replacement, or even offered one. We have found a new supplier that provided a much more rigid and sturdy structure with better results. Read all the reviews of any product you are after before you decide your next move."
"It's vey nice. Instructions are a bit useless. Only had it a couple of weeks so time will tell how it weathers. It's sitting on top of a wall and hasn't stained it yet - but we've had no rain. It gets extremely hot in the sun so I recommend using something inside like bubble wrap or polystyrene to insulate the roots from the heat if you don't take the liner."
"Lovely planters. Like that they are pre Rusted as we didn’t want a planter we would have to wait for it to rust!! Good delivery service I just found them a little difficult to put together. That said I am not really a DIY person!"
"Very good"
"Lovely planters. Instructions are brilliant, and takes a little bit of thinking time before diving into assembly"
"I will look at your website to see if there is any further guidance."
"Delivered as arranged, not too difficult for a proficient DIYer to assemble. There was one internal strut mentioned in the instructions which wasn't in the box, but it didn't seem to be crucial and the planter was very sturdy once assembled. Looks great against black fencing. Very happy."
"Five stars for the product. Which is the main thing ;-) It looks great and feels good quality. But one star for the instructions - they are indecipherable to someone like me who’s never built one of these before. They need this sentence adding and I would have saved over an hour : “First use 12 short bolts and standard nuts to secure the sides of the planter together. Then place the captive nuts (these are the square nuts with spring attachments) in the 14 square holes in the base to attach the base to the sides, again using short bolts. The long bolts are for the feet, and also need nuts on them to keep them secure. ”"
"Love my new planter! Arrived quickly and good value. Pretty straightforward to put together. Definitely wear the gloves supplied and buy the liner. Very happy!"
