"I initially bought two smaller planters that weren’t tall enough. Customer service were great and explained what to do. Whilst I had to arrange return myself (and it’s a huge parcel so needs a courier) they were so fast to refund me. At the same time I bought the larger size. They look amazing. I am really pleased with exceptional customer service, especially given the price of the goods. Thank you."
