Orange Stained Stock and Ignored Complaint
"Specifically reassured I would not receive orange stock, received orange stock anyway and then was ignored. I contacted customer service multiple times before ordering because many customer reviews showed orange-coloured planters instead of the natural pine shown online. They acknowledged the issue, said they had changed supplier, confirmed new stock would match the website photos, and assured me they would ensure my order was natural pine. After ordering, the first delivery was apparently lost. I received no update and had to call myself to find out what was happening and when replacement stock would be sent. When the order finally arrived, the planters were dark orange stained and appeared unlike the natural pine colour discussed before purchase. I emailed immediately with photos and have received no response. Buyers who are concerned about receiving orange stock should be aware that reassurance before purchase did not prevent this in my case."
