"Ordered a large trough planter. They sent the wrong colour. Customer service tried to fob me off with offering a discount. Megan was extremely rude and failed to get the order collected. And did not give me the tracking number so I could trace. Nor did she chase. I have asked for name of senior manager to make formal complaint. But I doubt will get anywhere. My advice is not to shop here. I now have to spend all weekend with no where to eat."
"I initially bought two smaller planters that weren’t tall enough. Customer service were great and explained what to do. Whilst I had to arrange return myself (and it’s a huge parcel so needs a courier) they were so fast to refund me. At the same time I bought the larger size. They look amazing.
