Wrong wfnces etc
"Please stop sending me these requests to review your products and services. I have already filled in one. I also wrote a politely critical letter about my experience with Woven Wood to your managing director and he has not given me the courtesy of a reply or apology. You completely messed up my order, sending the wrong products etc, and when sending replacement fences you sent exactly the same products again, but having hacked off the protruding vertical members to make it look as if they were capped fences. Presumably the capped fences were out of stock; but why not admit it rather than sending me the wrong fences again? Gavin Turner. 01263-768245"
