"Good quality but no instructions included and base doesn't look as though it's been pressure treated. Conflicting advice on this from Customer Service - an email said it was, person phone said it wasn't. Ordered 3 weeks ago and still haven't received trellis despite phone calls and numerous emails. No information on the tracking number provided eother. Not really good enough."

"Overall I was pleased with the product, there were however a small number of defects that I did not expect. In particular a number of the slats had pieces missing, and whilst this did not affect function it did distract from the appearance. The stain applied to the wood was a good colour but not applied to all the surfaces. Not a real problem as I have re-treated all the wood with preserver. Nevertheless I would and probably will but additional products. John Payne"
