Nice Planter and Good service from Woven Wood

"We purchased the Pine Raised Wooden Trough Planter 140 cm and liner and so far we are very happy with it. The planter looks really nice, and the assembly was very easy. We asked for assembly instructions, which were provided promptly and were a great help. The planter was delivered very quickly, it was initially delivered in the wrong colour, but customer service handled the situation very well. They offered either a replacement or discount and we decided to keep the black colour, and it actually looks great. The liner seems to be slightly larger than the planter’s internal volume, but this can be adjusted fairly easily by trimming it if needed. Overall, it seems good quality and we’re pleased with the purchase."

Nice Palnters but fiddly to assembly

"Nice planters but took a while to assemble (you definately need a mallet) and due to lack of specific instructions, especially around the size of the screws (there are two sizes provided). I tried ringing Customer Services but got no reply but got an instant response via email. So all good in the end."

Good service from Planters. co. uk

"This planter took a little longer than originally anticipated to be delivered (hence 4 stars), but communication of this fact was notified and updated. I ordered a liner to come with the trug which was missing upon eventual delivery, but an email to Hazel (on a Sunday) met with an immediate response and the liner was delivered the following day. Hazel was super efficient and very polite, which is a breath of fresh air in todays times!"

QUALITY HAS CHANGED IN PAST 2 MONTHS

"I ordered 2 planters a few weeks ago and was very impressed with them. There have been minor issues since filling them up - the sides are coming away at the top where no screws are supposed to go, but I addressed that by putting extra screws in. However I have just received my 3rd one and the base has been changed to a very flimsy looking baase - probably not more than 3mm thick and Im not convinced it will last. . . I did purchase the liner at the same time and customer service have said this extends the guarantee to 25 years, so here's hoping. Not overly impressed. . ."

Dreadful service, delivery, & product

"Planters arrived almost a month later than ordered (despite website estimate stating immediate dispatch), delivery service dropped them at the incorrect house & dishonestly claimed they had been signed for, & to top of it the colour of the planters is completely different to advertised (bright orange when supposed to be ‘natural’ wood). No assistance offered by support team throughout entire process. I never leave reviews but this was an absolutely appalling experience so on this occasion I feel obliged to."

Excellent garden addition

"Excellent addition to our garden. Very reasonably priced. Easy to assemble. We’ve planted beautiful queen of Sweden roses in it and cannot wait to see them bloom"

Not the product advertised

"This trough was advertised as being made from pressure treated and tanalised inch thick pine and it is not. The trough that arrived was less than an inch thick and raw, untreated pine, that had been given one (badly done) coat of an orange paint/stain to make it look treated. Raw pine will rot within a couple of years outdoors so is not suitable without me now having to give it several coats of stain myself. A product made from raw pine is also a lot cheaper. I would never have bought an untreated product. I have emailed the company and received no reply. I would not purchase anything from this company again."

Would be 5star if not for a couple of issues

"Generally pleased with the overall product however assembly wasnt as easy as ut should have been as the base panel (whis is made of 3 seperate planks of wood) wasnt aligned and so needed taken apart and put back together before it would fit, and it looks as though the whole trough needs at least one more coat of the grey paint."

Patio Planter

"Woven Wood is a great supplier. High quality goods and excellent service from the company. It's easy to communicate with them and their quick responses are very good. It's a pleasure dealing with you."

Not yet delivered.

"I don’t know what is going on. BIG problems with DX who can’t seem to find the planters and I get a different story every time I manage to speak to someone. Your customer service hasn’t succeeded in resolving the issue, Currently, I have 10 50 litre bags of John Innes, 2 liners, and nothing to put them in."
