"They seem well made, and look good from a distance. They both arrived with chipped paint on the top corner seams. The missing paint was not in the boxes, which indicates that they were already chipped before they were packed, hence the loss of a star. It was annoying, but not enough to return the items. I am assured that they will not rust. I was not impressed at the suggestion that I use some touch up paint to 'tidy the finish' on these brand new items, without an apology for their having been sent in that condition in the first place. The DHL delivery was poor (as it generally is to this area), and had to be chased."
