"I’ve seen other comments telling how it was difficult to assemble, it was not the most difficult in my opinion, I did it alone and didn’t find it impossible, you will need a mallet; that is not optional! I did not use the screws because the first two I tried rounded off almost immediately. That is my only issue."
"No installation instructions provided. At first it looks like assembly is straightforward with the side pieces slotting into each other, but the base piece is too small for the main box, with two random slat pieces. Not obvious how to close the gaps around the too-small base piece or what the slats are for or where they go. Very disappointed. Will be arranging a return and refund."

I contacted customer service multiple times before ordering because many customer reviews showed orange-coloured planters instead of the natural pine shown online. They acknowledged the issue, said they had changed supplier, confirmed new stock would match the website photos, and assured me they would ensure my order was natural pine. After ordering, the first delivery was apparently lost. I received no update and had to call myself to find out what was happening and when replacement stock would be sent. When the order finally arrived, the planters were dark orange stained and appeared unlike the natural pine colour discussed before purchase. I emailed immediately with photos and have received no response. Buyers who are concerned about receiving orange stock should be aware that reassurance before purchase did not prevent this in my case."

"The planter arrived promptly and in good condition and is a good quality product. It requires self assembly, and my one quibble is that no assembly instructions were provided. I managed to work it out, but instructions would be helpful."

"We purchased the Pine Raised Wooden Trough Planter 140 cm and liner and so far we are very happy with it. The planter looks really nice, and the assembly was very easy. We asked for assembly instructions, which were provided promptly and were a great help. The planter was delivered very quickly, it was initially delivered in the wrong colour, but customer service handled the situation very well. They offered either a replacement or discount and we decided to keep the black colour, and it actually looks great. The liner seems to be slightly larger than the planter’s internal volume, but this can be adjusted fairly easily by trimming it if needed. Overall, it seems good quality and we’re pleased with the purchase."
