Whilst I had to arrange return myself (and it’s a huge parcel so needs a courier) they were so fast to refund me. At the same time I bought the larger size. They look amazing. "Sadly as of yet I have not received the above planter. After a weeks delay of it sitting in the DFL Sittingbourne depot I receive confirmation that it has been successfully delivered today Monday and signed for by myself. Absolutely not true as I have been at home all day awaiting delivery and for DFL to say I have signed for it is absolutely outrageous!"
