"I would love to be able to review our compost bin but after ordering 2 weeks ago it still hasn’t been delivered. DHL said it would be delivered by the 27th of March but it hasn’t arrived when trying to track it their automated service, I’ve currently not found any way of talking to anyone, tells me to contact my supplier. I’ve tried to call Woven Wood 4 times over 2 days. After waiting around 10 minutes I get as far as being told that my call will be answered within a minute. It then goes back to saying there is a high volume of calls then after about a minute the call is disconnected."

Otherwise it looks ok. Solid pieces of wood that should last some years. It replaced one made of old pallets 20 years ago."
"The two compost bins were delivered very quickly. The crews were missing but a rebate was immediately offered. The instructions were clear but misleading rearding the spacing of the slats. They have promised to amend the instructions. The bins were easy to assemble with an electric screwdriver. Customer service was excellent."
