Climbing Plants: Adding Height, Colour, and Charm to Your Garden

Climbing plants are a fantastic way to bring life to any space, adding structure, fragrance, and vibrant colour to your outdoor area. Whether you have a garden, a large patio, or a balcony, these versatile plants help you make the most of every inch of your garden.

At Woven Wood, we’ve curated a range of climbing plants perfectly suited for pairing with our trellis planters, allowing you to create instant privacy, soften bare walls, or craft a beautiful floral backdrop with ease.

Why Choose Climbing Plants?

Climbing plants are ideal for adding dimension to your garden design. With their natural ability to grow upwards and spread, they are perfect for:

• Creating Privacy: Turn your trellis planters into a living screen to shield your space from neighbours or street views.

• Adding Colour and Fragrance: Many climbers, such as clematis and jasmine, bloom with stunning flowers and fill the air with sweet scents.

• Covering Bare Walls and Fences: Instantly enhance dull areas of your garden with lush greenery and seasonal blooms.

• Maximising Small Spaces: When floor space is limited, climbing plants let you grow vertically, making the most of every corner.

Pairing Climbing Plants with Trellis Planters

Our trellis planters are designed to give your climbing plants the support they need while creating a stunning feature piece for your outdoor space. These planters are perfect for:

• Framing doorways or patios with cascading flowers.

• Defining boundaries in your garden while keeping a natural, organic look.

• Adding height and greenery to courtyards or balconies without needing to plant directly into the ground.

Simply pot your climbing plant into one of our durable planters, train the stems up the trellis, and watch as your living wall takes shape. With care and attention, your trellis planter becomes a lush, floral screen that’s as practical as it is beautiful.
