For ground-planted evergreens: Apply 1-2 handfuls (25–50g) around the base, lightly work into the soil, and water well. For larger plants, apply 2 handfuls per square metre under the canopy. For box hedging, use 1 handful per metre.
For container plants and topiary: Apply 2–3 handfuls per plant twice yearly. Annually, remove 5–10cm (2–4 inches) of soil from the top of the pot, replace with fresh compost, and add 1–2 handfuls of feed to maintain prime condition.
Note: This fertiliser is not a substitute for using pure rootgrow™ mycorrhizal fungi at the time of planting. For new plantings or poor soil conditions, apply rootgrow™ directly to the plant's roots.
