"I ordered the wrong side the return address isn't clear so I had the phone, then email to make sure it's going back to the correct address, i had to pay another collection cost to send back but I wanted a pick-up and deliver the correct size, they don't do this , so if I reorder i would have to pay another £7. 99 that's £23. 97 in total for delivery, they did say they would refund £7. 99 when they received the orginal order. I decided not to bother and just sent it back very disappointing 😕 😠 😡"
