Unfortunately the DX delivery company are not, despite me being home they did a dump and run, balancing heavy steel boxes on end against a glass door, all boxes damaged, luckily steel edging was not. Also missing the rubber protection strips I ordered. At first got a quick reply from Wovenwood to my email about the missing item but over a week later, nothing, no reply to my emails and no one answering the phone."
