3. Protective Liner: Consider using a protective liner inside the planter to prevent direct contact between the soil and wood, which can lead to rot. You can use landscaping fabric, plastic or even a thick layer of newspaper.
4. Treating the Wood: To protect the planter from the elements and increase its lifespan, it's recommended to treat the wood annually with a non-toxic, weather-resistant wood sealant or preservative. Make sure to choose a product that's safe for use around plants

"It is a good product but not manufactured by Woven Wood. The manufacturer and shipper is in fact Bespoke Outdoors. They have a web presence and unfortunately I could have brought the planters direct from them at around £70 cheaper each! They appear to have a lot more size options too!"
